New Hope mom Kay McBride invited U.S. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, chair of Congress’ Bipartisan Heroin Task Force, to witness a world that she said TV news couldn’t accurately describe in Philadelhia’s Kensington section. She hoped it would help him understand the opioid crisis and help save lives.
